SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey directly. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer and cannot offer refunds or replacements in such cases. Address changes must be requested via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Your updated shipping address 

We currently only offer US domestic shipping. We do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or does not meet our quality standards. To submit a quality claim, please email us at info@donnatheresa.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue (and photos, if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the returned product is received & inspected.

Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be considered, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of shipment from our fulfillment center

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or other signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or special-order pieces

Restocks

We occasionally restock select items; however, we cannot guarantee the restock of any particular product.
